The VampKid provides custom clothing printing services. All products are made-to-order based on customer-selected options and uploaded designs.

We strive to ensure product quality, but slight variations in color, size, or design placement may occur due to the custom printing process.

Customers are fully responsible for the designs they upload. By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use it and it does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-provided designs.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Since products are custom printed, production begins shortly after the order is placed.

Once the printing process has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order. We use secure payment gateways to process transactions.

We are not responsible for any payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, order size, and external factors such as courier delays.

As all products are custom printed, returns and refunds are not applicable once the order has been processed.

Replacements are only provided in case of damaged or incorrect products, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
